How Birth to Wall collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Data collected

We collect: your email (for authentication, order confirmations, product news if you opt in), the information you enter on the poster (baby's first name, date and time of birth, city, weight, height, hospital — all kept private and only displayed on your poster), and your shipping address for printed orders.

Purpose

Your data is only used to: (a) deliver the service you ordered (poster, print, shipping), (b) manage your account and orders, (c) send transactional communications. No data is ever sold to third parties.

Processors

Data flows through Supabase (database + auth hosting, EU region), Stripe (payment, PCI-DSS certified), Gelato (printing and shipping, EU region), Resend (transactional emails) and Vercel (application hosting). All are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time by emailing frederic@groupxclusif.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message.
