Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on birthtowall.com. The service includes designing a personalized poster, providing HD downloads and/or printed delivery via our partner Gelato.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed online via Stripe, in euros, at the time of order. An order is only confirmed once payment is successful. A confirmation email is sent with the order number and a summary.

3. Delivery

HD files are available immediately after payment confirmation. Printed posters ship within 5 to 7 working days within the EU via our partner Gelato. Shipping fees and timelines are shown at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

Because posters are custom-made for each order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (per Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, equivalent EU rules). Any damaged or non-conforming product will be reprinted at no cost when reported by email within 14 days of delivery.
