Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on birthtowall.com. The service includes designing a personalized product (poster, birth announcement cards, nursery triptych or growth chart), and its printing and shipping by our partner Gelato. The announcement image (post and story formats), sent by email from the editor, is free.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed online via Stripe, in euros, at the time of order. An order is only confirmed once payment is successful. A confirmation email is sent with the order number and a summary.

3. Delivery

Products are printed and shipped by our partner Gelato, in Europe. Shipping fees and timelines depend on the address and are shown at checkout (usually 5 to 7 working days in mainland France for a poster). The free announcement image is sent by email from the editor.

4. Right of withdrawal

Because posters are custom-made for each order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (per Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, equivalent EU rules). Any damaged or non-conforming product will be reprinted at no cost when reported by email within 14 days of delivery.
