- How does the Birth to Wall gift card work?
- Pick an amount between €19 and €100, enter the recipient's email (or your own to gift in person), and the gift card is emailed immediately after payment. The recipient gets a unique code to enter at checkout, valid 1 year.
- Does the gift card expire?
- Yes, 1 year from purchase — the standard legal duration in France. No hidden fees, no value erosion: the balance stays intact for 12 months.
- Can I use the gift card across multiple orders?
- Yes. If you buy a €39 poster with a €69 gift card, the €30 balance stays credited to your account (tied to your email) and is usable on a future order.
- Can the recipient pick any style and theme?
- Yes — they have access to the whole gallery: 14 editorial styles, 3 themes (birth, place, sky), 3 formats (A3, 50×70, 70×100), with or without frame. The gift card covers everything, up to its amount.
- Can I hand the gift card over in person?
- Yes. Enter your own email at purchase: you'll get the code instantly, and you can print it, paste it into a paper card or forward it however you want.
- What if the gift card is lost or stolen?
- The code stays linked to the recipient's email. If the email is lost, write to hello@birthtowall.com with your proof of purchase — we resend the code to the original recipient. No fraud possible: the code is single-use until balance is depleted.
